Welcome to Grow Yoga
We are a full service Yoga studio located in Columbus, Ohio. We offer various styles of yoga including Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Yin. Drop in for your first class with us and save $5 off of our regular drop in rate. Also just in time for the holidays, thru the months of November and December we are giving a free class pass when you purchase any Gift Certificate of $60 or more.
If you are new to Yoga we have several places to start. We have Beginner Classes starting in January and they are filling up really fast!! Register for our beginner series class, drop in to any of our beginner classes, or give us a call or email if you have any questions.
A lot of exciting things will be coming in the New Year. We will be continuing Yoga for the Cause on Wednesday evenings at 7:30pm. You can come and practice with us for a donation and all proceeds will go to charity. In January we will be raising money to “Strike Out Thyroid Cancer”. A special Grow Yoga student, Jessica, will be participating in this bowling event for Thyroid Cancer and we will be collecting donations to help her with her fund raising efforts. Also Saturday January 23rd is YOGA DAY!!! Grow Yoga will be offering FREE YOGA all day. Click HERE to see the schedule. Call us to reserve your spot.
We will be offering a new Pilates class on Wednesdays from 4:30-5:30pm starting February 3rd.
