Hatha Beginners Yoga Series: 8-Week Course for New Students
For all fitness levels, offered at these times:
Tuesdays 8:30-9:45am & 6:00 - 7:15 pm
Saturdays 8:30 - 9:45 am
Inspired by the heart-centered teachings of Anusara yoga, this
hatha yoga series is well-suited to those who want a slower and
more detailed approach to learning yoga postures. Students will
learn the Universal Principles of Alignment (of Anusara yoga) and
how to apply them in all classes of postures. You'll progressively
increase your strength and flexibility.
Students should be able to easily go from standing to sitting on
the floor and from sitting to standing. Come join this supportive
group of new students and get the attention you need!

Registration Fees and Cancellation Policy
Pre-registration & pre-payment required.
Cost for Beginner Series Courses is $95 for 8 weeks if you register
early (15-day advance purchase). Regular registration costs
$108. Space is limited to keep classes small, so that students can
receive adequate personal attention. Classes usually sell out 1-2
weeks prior to the first day, so please register early to guarantee
your spot.
Graduates of the course may drop-in with a valid multi-class
pass, space permitting. Students registered in the course are
eligible for 1 (one) complimentary make-up class if a class is missed.
Plus One Pass Available:
If Beginner Series students wish to practice more than once weekly they are eligible to purchase a plus one pass good for 8 additional weekly classes of their choice. This pass is valid throughout the duration of the series and costs only $80. That is a $5 per class savings off of the normal drop in rate. This special pass is only available for purchase by calling (614)487-9642 or coming into the studio after 4 on weekdays or weekend mornings before 1:00pm.

Mail us a check with the time of the session you wish to enroll
in written in the memo field. Be sure that your contact information
on the check is complete and accurate.
- Registration in Person:
Register with cash, check or credit card at the front desk.
Cancellation Policy:
For cancellations made 2 or more weeks prior to the commencement
of the first class in the series, a 100% refund minus a $15 administration
fee will be provided. Cancellations made with less than 2 weeks
notice are non-refundable, but payments may be transferred to another
Beginners Series session.
