An enlightening, empowering and energizing week exploring the energy of the chakras, psychological aspects of our selves, experiential exercises, meditation and yoga traditions. This week will help us take a deeper look at our behavior patterns and belief systems that keep us from living a joyous and fulfilled life. We will systematically look at each of the chakras, identifying the physical and emotional manifestation of imbalance — deficiency or excess — and then utilize various techniques such as written self-inquiry exercises, interactive exercises, small group discussions, meditation and yoga practices — to map new pathways that create freedom and joy.

A week-long intensive conference integrating mind-body-spirit and weaving together the science of the Western mind with Eastern body traditions.
